With over 30 years in offshore racing, Rolf brings a lifetime of experience to Outta Pocket Racing as Chief of Race Operations. Originally from Norway, he has been part of some of the sport’s most successful teams, earning a reputation for consistency and attention to detail. Rolf has never missed a race a testament to his dedication and passion for the sport and his leadership is a cornerstone of the team’s performance.

Brett keeps Outta Pocket Racing moving,literally.
As the lead hauler, he’s in charge of getting the boat from one destination to the next and making sure everything shows up ready to go. One of the younger guys on the team, Brett has quickly proven himself with his work ethic, reliability, and ability to handle whatever comes his way.
Darin Bolt

Darian Bolt brings a wealth of experience in hauling heavy equipment to Outta Pocket Racing, contributing to the team’s logistics and transportation efforts. With years spent safely moving large loads, he plays a supporting role in getting the boat and gear from one race to the next. His steady approach and experience help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Billy Moore
Throttleman
Billy Moore, following in the footsteps of his father, Bobby Moore, he’s carved out his own name as a multi-time offshore powerboat champion. From Pro Class 1 to Super Cat, Billy has earned a reputation for precision, control, and the ability to handle extreme speed when it matters most. As owner of Moore Performance and throttleman for Outta Pocket Racing, he brings both legacy and elite-level experience to the team.
Torjus “TJ” Dahl
Chief Engineer
Tj brings a sharp engineering mindset to Outta Pocket Racing as Chief Engineer. Originally from Norway, he combines technical knowledge with hands-on mechanical skill to keep the boat performing at its best. Known for his ability to quickly diagnose and solve problems, Tj plays a major role in ensuring reliability and performance on race day.

Sean brings a hands-on, problem-solving mindset to Outta Pocket Racing, playing a major role in hauling the boat and supporting the team behind the scenes. With experience in equipment management, maintenance, and diagnostics, Sean is constantly working to keep everything running safely and efficiently. From sourcing parts to handling repairs and keeping things on schedule, he’s a key part of what keeps the team moving from one race to the next.
